If you have issues signing up to Infinity, please ensure that the email address you have provided during MSD Account opening matches with the email address you used to sign up on Infinity. Note that you will be required to have an MSD Account in order to sign up to Infinity.
If you have forgotten or lost access to the email address or contact number, please provide an Account Update Form to our Head Office.
Account update request made through email can ONLY be accepted if made via the registered email address and must be notarized.
If you have forgotten the password or the username of Infinity account, try changing the password. Infinity will send you a password reset link to the email registered with your MSD Account. Once logged in to Infinity you will be able to see the registered username.
If you have subscribed to the ongoing IPO, you will be able to view your subscription under “My Subscriptions” and after allotment date, your securities can be we viewed under “My Balance”.
If you have completed a subscription with payment you may view/download the Subscription Receipt under “My Subscriptions” for further details regarding your subscription.
If you have completed a subscription with payment and your application under “My Subscription” indicated “Pay Now” please contact us with your ID No. and payment reference.
Under “My Subscriptions” click “Pay Now” and select “Direct Deposit” as the payment method and attach a screenshot of your payment slip which includes the payment reference number.
